Job summary

Cb Talents Sp is seeking Dutch-speaking customer service representatives for a fully remote role based in Portugal. After training, you’ll work from home Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, delivering high-quality support in Dutch and English.

The position requires you to reside in mainland Portugal with valid EU work authorization and a willingness to start on 7 May 2026. This is an excellent entry into international support with a growing team.

Qualifications

• Dutch (C1+) and English (B2) required.
• Resident of mainland Portugal with EU work authorization.
• Willing to work Mon-Fri 08:00–17:00 and remotely from home after training.

Responsibilities

• Provide Dutch-language customer service and support.
• Communicate with customers in English as needed.
• Handle inquiries remotely following training.
