Job summary

CoverGo is hiring a Digital Insurance Project Manager to oversee the implementation of projects within our insurtech operations. You will lead client relationships, plan with internal and client teams, and support proposals and PoCs.

The role requires 5+ years of project management experience, 3+ years in insurance, and strong client-facing skills. This is a fully remote position based in Canada with global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical field is a plus.
• At least 5 years experience as a Project Manager.
• At least 3 years experience in insurance.
• Insurance domain knowledge is a must.
• Strong client facing experience is a must.
• Technical skills are a plus.
• Experience seeing projects through full lifecycle.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Able to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Based in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Engage and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Lead project planning with internal team and client staff.
• Support solution proposals for client pursuits and PoCs.
• Participate in proposal and POC processes (design, submission, review).
• Prepare contracts and communicate with clients.
• Identify and grow opportunities for existing clients.
• Manage project progress and deadlines.
• Oversee weekly project reviews and report status with metrics.
• Manage all project documentation.
• Identify and mitigate issues, risks, assumptions and dependencies.
• Continuous process improvement across projects.
