Deel is hiring a DevSecOps Engineer to drive security automation, secure infrastructure, and monitoring across our global platform. You will partner with development, operations, and security teams to embed strong controls and continuous improvements.

This remote role supports our international workforce and scalable product offerings. You’ll work with Checkov, tfsec, and Terrascan, manage WAF configurations, and influence risk-based security decisions in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in Security, SecOps, or DevSecOps roles.
• Experience with policy-as-code and IaC security scanning tools.
• Manage and tune WAF and firewall configurations (e.g., Cloudflare).
• Familiarity with OWASP Top 10, secure coding, encryption, authentication, access control, and security testing.

Responsabilidades

• Security Automation: develop and maintain automated security tools and processes.
• Secure Infrastructure: design and implement secure cloud infrastructure, network architecture, and deployment processes.
• Continuous Monitoring: implement security monitoring tools and respond to events and anomalies.
• Collaboration and Communication: liaise with development, operations, and security teams to integrate security requirements.
• Compliance and Auditing: assist in compliance assessments and audits with required documentation.
