Job summary

IRIUM Portugal is seeking a DevOps Engineer to drive cloud and container platforms, build robust CI/CD pipelines, and automate infrastructure with Terraform, Ansible and Kubernetes. You will manage Docker images, implement GitOps workflows, and ensure security and compliance across pipelines.

The role is 100% remote with a competitive monthly gross salary (€2,400–€2,800) and a B2B option (€40/hour). Fluency in English is required, and Portuguese work context is supported.

Qualifications

• Hands-on DevOps experience in Cloud and Kubernetes environments.
• CI/CD pipelines experience with GitLab CI/CD, GitLab Runner and YAML.
• Proficiency with Terraform and Ansible.
• Experience creating and maintaining VM and container images with security/versioning knowledge.
• Kubernetes, Helm and GitOps experience.
• Docker and Dockerfiles knowledge.
• Automation using Linux, Bash and Python; API integrations.
• Familiarity with Maven/Gradle and Artifactory or Nexus.
• Ability to integrate testing and security into CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of SonarQube, Checkov and dependency/image analysis tools.
• Advanced English.
