Job summary

IFF is seeking a Data Analyst – Demand Planning to transform data into actionable insights for improved forecast accuracy and planning maturity. You will partner with Demand Planning, Commercial, Supply Planning, Finance, IT, and external stakeholders in a fully remote, global team to deliver meaningful analytics and performance reporting.

You will monitor planning metrics, develop dashboards, perform root cause analysis, and support monthly reviews, while contributing to planning

Qualifications

Requires Bachelor’s degree in a related analytical discipline.
Experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain or BI reporting.
Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Monitor demand planning performance indicators and forecast accuracy.
Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, scorecards, and reports.
Perform root cause analysis on forecast deviations and planning gaps.
Analyze demand patterns, customer trends and key drivers to deliver actionable insights.
Consolidate and validate data from multiple sources for planning accuracy.
Support monthly Demand Review and business reviews with data-driven recommendations.
Collaborate with planners, commercial, finance, and IT on reporting and analytics.
Document reporting methodologies and KPI definitions.
