Career Nest Academy is seeking a Danish & English speaking Customer Service Agent to work remotely from Portugal. You will assist customers in Danish and English, addressing inquiries, orders, and issues for global brands within a multilingual service environment.

The role follows a Monday–Friday schedule, 08:00–17:00, with Saturdays and Sundays off, and equipment is shipped to remote candidates or collected if within 50 km of Braga. A welcome bonus and daily food allowance are offered.

Qualificações

• Fluent/native-level proficiency in Danish and English.
• Currently residing in Portugal.

Responsabilidades

• Provide essential support to customers in Danish and English.
• Support global brands through customer experience, technical assistance, and digital business services.
• Operate in Portugal's multilingual service sector with focus on customer care and outsourced operations.
