Talan Group in Portugal seeks a Cyber Security Officer to coordinate risk-management and oversee the implementation of cybersecurity strategy across products and areas. The role focuses on automating security controls, governance, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will work with AI tooling, APIs, and data platforms to strengthen defenses, manage third-party risks, and drive continuous improvement. This is a remote position with multinational collaboration potential.

Qualificações

• Experience in security assessments, risk analysis, or review of technology controls.
• Knowledge of AI development tools (Devin, GitHub Copilot).
• Practical knowledge of agents, automated workflows, and AI applied to business processes.
• Experience with APIs, databases, and integration/orchestration tools.
• Experience in process automation and operational improvement.
• Hands-on experience with Devin and GitHub Copilot.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate cybersecurity and technology risk-management activities for the assigned product/area.
• Oversee the implementation of the cybersecurity strategy and adoption of global defenses.
• Drive the implementation of minimum requirements, policies, controls and reporting.
• Develop procedures and controls to ensure regulatory and legal compliance.
