Luza is a forward-looking consulting firm focused on talent, tech, and innovation. We are hiring a FinOps/Cloud Cost Manager to optimize cloud spend across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud while collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Architecture teams.

You will drive budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization initiatives, delivering actionable insights and robust cost governance across business units. This role supports remote work and offers equipment and benefits as part of the package.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in FinOps, Cloud Cost Management, or Cloud Financial Analysis.
• Strong understanding of cloud operations and financial processes like budgeting and forecasting.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud billing and pricing models.
• Knowledge of IT Asset Management, Cost Accounting, or related financial disciplines.
• Experience analyzing complex data sets and translating findings into actionable insights.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with focus on cost optimization and value realization.

Responsabilidades

• Implement FinOps strategies, policies, and best practices to optimize cloud spending.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize cloud usage and costs across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud environments.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization target-setting processes.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Architecture teams to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality.
• Drive cloud cost visibility, transparency, and governance across business units and product lines.
• Prepare and deliver reports, analyses, and insights on cloud spending trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities.
• Implement tools and automation for cloud cost tracking, reporting, and optimization.
• Manage chargeback/recharge mechanisms and financial processes related to cloud products and services.
• Promote a culture of financial accountability through cross-functional communication and stakeholder engagement.
