Mindrift is seeking a skilled Bot Developer to design, build, and refine messaging bots for WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, Slack, and more. You will work on Tendem, collaborating with AI agents to deliver reliable, user‑friendly bots with solid conversational logic.

The role is freelance, part‑time, remote, and involves integrating with platform APIs, handling webhooks, and ensuring production‑ready bot behavior with logging and monitoring.

Qualificações

• At least 3 years of backend/integration/bot development experience.
• Portfolio or examples of bots you’ve built is required.
• English proficiency: Upper-intermediate (B2) or above.

Responsabilidades

• Build bots for one or more messaging platforms (WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, Slack).
• Design and implement conversational flows and fallback handling.
• Integrate bots with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic).
• Connect bots to backend services, databases, CRMs, and third‑party APIs.
• Handle webhooks, rate limits, and platform message formats.
• Evaluate AI-generated bot code for correctness and reliability.
• Implement logging, monitoring and recovery for production bots.
