Job summary

Tether is seeking a Product Manager for the QV.AC project, focusing on AI-enabled features with a strong emphasis on privacy and on-device capabilities. You will work closely with the Product Lead, engineering, and design to identify valuable use cases and translate them into concrete product requirements.

You will drive discovery through delivery and iteration, balancing ambitious AI innovations with practical, user-friendly experiences across desktop and mobile contexts.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in AI software.
• Ability to translate ambiguous ideas into actionable requirements.
• Strong product judgment with usability focus.
• Clear written and verbal communication with engineers.

Responsibilities

• Help shape AI features: translate the QV.AC vision into concrete use cases, feature proposals, and product requirements.
• Understand users and their problems: gather feedback, conduct research, and explore how people use AI in their workflows.
• Turn ideas into clear specifications: write product briefs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and user flows.
• Prototype and explore: create wireframes, mockups, and working prototypes to test ideas.
• Collaborate on technical trade-offs: assess feasibility across devices and models, considering latency, memory and privacy.
• Support prioritization and planning: maintain backlog aligned with product priorities.
• Drive feature delivery: oversee development, review experiences, and coordinate releases.
• Stay close to AI developments: explore new AI products and make practical recommendations.
