The role is remote, part-time, independent contractor for up to 3 months. Strong coding knowledge, API familiarity, and attention to detail are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Fluency in one or more supported language varieties.
• Solid understanding of JSON: syntax, structure, validation and troubleshooting.
• Coding knowledge to assess technical content and identify errors.
• Excellent written communication and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated customer service responses and technical content.
• Evaluate clarity, usefulness, natural language and overall quality of outputs.
• Assess technical correctness using coding knowledge.
• Read, validate, and troubleshoot JSON, identifying formatting issues.
• Check outputs for formatting accuracy and adherence to guidelines.
• Provide clear, well-reasoned feedback explaining evaluations.
