You will test complex scenarios, document workflows, evaluate outputs with rubrics, and provide actionable feedback to AI research and product teams. You will connect AI tools with workplace platforms such as Google Drive, Gmail, Slack, and Notion to keep findings clear and reproducible.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in a tech-focused business function.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline.
• Daily hands-on use of ChatGPT and/or Claude for real work.

Responsibilities

• Run complex multi-step business workflows with AI assistants.
• Document workflows and assess AI performance against business needs.
