Henley & Partners, a leading global citizenship and residency advisory firm, seeks a Relationship Manager to compile and submit client applications for residence or citizenship programs and to deliver world-class customer service.

The role emphasizes managing key client relationships, serving as the primary contact, and coordinating status calls and reviews to ensure smooth applications while fostering a proactive, client-centric approach.

Qualificações

• 4+ years' experience in account management within investments, insurance, private bank, wealth management or similar.
• Previous client-facing role experience is a must.
• Proven track record of successfully building and nurturing multi-level client relationships.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM.
• Undergraduate degree in business, economics, marketing or other related disciplines.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Proactive and solution-oriented, with the ability to anticipate client needs.
• Knowledge and experience in the immigration by investment industry is an advantage.
• Full proficiency in English

Responsabilidades

• Manage key client relationships through regular contact and visits.
• Serve as the primary client contact and advocate for day-to-day activities necessary for the client application and elevate issues and requests when needed.
• Build and execute a client-centric relationship framework inclusive of regularly scheduled status calls & application reviews.
• Establish and maintain customer satisfaction through account planning, proactive client communications and issue remediation.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell H&P's services.
• Leverage internal resources to assist the client with meeting the requirements of their application.
• Mentoring junior members of the team if needed.
