About The Job

Regulatory and Conduct Project Manager will participate in various projects within the scope of Portugal International Markets Hub (PIMH) activity and this involves leading streams of a program such as strategic Regulatory and Conduct transformation projects and change management.

Your Main Activities

• Developing in-depth understanding of project scope and particulars i.e. timeframes, financials, outcomes
• Coordinating project deliverables and producing relevant documentation and reports including committee materials with project team and key stakeholders
• Sharing and managing relevant information with project team and key stakeholders on a regular basis
• Developing training & awareness roadmaps at global level and ensuring their deployment with multiple stakeholders
• Coordinate and manage Regulatory and Conduct certification processes and reports at business line level
• Analysing any regulatory impacts on processes and updating and maintaining related internal documentation
• Following up and managing the processes and tasks associated with Regulatory and Conduct projects
• Providing support to Program Managers and business leaders when requested and jointly contribute to enhance processes

Profile and Skills to Success

• Master’s in Business Management or Information Technology and Computer Science
• From 3 to 4 years of experience in Project Management and Consulting
