OceanWave Maritime is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in Funchal, Portugal. You will provide direct patient care, monitor vital signs, and collaborate with physicians to implement treatment plans.

The ideal candidate holds a valid nursing license in Portugal, has at least 2 years of experience, and demonstrates excellent English communication. Portuguese is a plus. The position offers visa sponsorship for non-EU candidates and a path for career growth.

Qualificações

• Valid nursing license in Portugal.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
• Excellent English communication; Portuguese a plus.
• Compassionate with patient and family support.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and document all care provided.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and self-care.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
• Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate medical staff.
• Adhere to all nursing standards of practice and regulations.
