A prestigious hotel group is looking for a Regional Sales Manager | Leisure Segment (M/F) to lead the commercial strategy and drive revenue growth across the luxury leisure market.

Location: Lisboa, Portugal

Schedule: Full-time | On-site

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute B2B sales strategies focused on the luxury leisure travel segment, including high-end tour operators and travel agencies.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with domestic and international leisure accounts, ensuring exceptional service and sustainable business growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the luxury travel ecosystem to increase market share and brand positioning.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to adapt strategies and optimize performance.
  • Represent the group at international trade shows, roadshows, and luxury travel events, promoting the brand’s unique hospitality experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, revenue, and operations teams to align offers, campaigns, and pricing with brand standards and profitability goals.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and strategic plans to support commercial decision-making.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar leisure sales management role within the luxury hospitality sector (preferably multi-property or international brand experience).
  • Deep understanding of luxury leisure travel distribution channels, including top-tier tour operators, travel consortia, and luxury OTA networks.
  • Proven negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills with a high degree of professionalism.
  • Strategic, analytical, and results-driven, with strong commercial acumen.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory); knowledge of other languages is highly valued.
  • Proactive, dynamic, and autonomous, with the ability to lead regional initiatives effectively.
  • Availability for national and international travel, including trade events and client meetings.
