Indie Campers in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a Regional Operations Analyst to drive daily operations, optimise fleet availability, and boost customer satisfaction across your region.
You will own end-to-end processes, develop partnerships with real estate and service suppliers, and use data and KPIs to identify cost savings and efficiency gains while working with regional and local teams to hit targets.

As a Regional Operations Analyst, you will be focused on executing daily operations in order to drive operational results on fleet availability, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency across your region. You will have ownership of end-to-end processes that support the achievement of those objectives, ranging from real estate expansion projects and day-to-day property management to ensuring health and safety standards are met and developing a strong network of local partners and suppliers. Reporting directly to the Regional Operations Lead, you will play an essential role in the execution of our operations. This is a highly KPI-driven role: you will be measured on the performance of the processes you own, and expected to continuously identify opportunities to optimise them and reduce operational costs.
