Indie Campers is a fast-growing campervan marketplace, expanding our regional operations team in Lisbon. The Regional Operations Analyst will optimize fleet availability, customer satisfaction, and efficiency across the region.

You’ll own end-to-end processes from real estate partnerships to supplier management and health & safety compliance. You’ll collaborate with regional and local teams, influence operational targets, and help scale our network of partners while delivering strong results for

Qualificações

• Background in Business, Management, Operations or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in operations, procurement, supplier management, logistics, facilities management, or similar functions.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with ability to use data to support decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Become an expert in local operational procedures and adapt them within your region.
• Support regional and local leadership to achieve targets and objectives.
• Act as the regional contact for local partners and suppliers to ensure service quality.
• Manage relationships with real estate providers, laundry, gas, cleaning, and other partners.
• Execute regional stock replenishment to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Contribute to real estate standards, health and safety compliance.

The Role

As a Regional Operations Analyst, you will be focused on executing daily operations in order to drive operational results on fleet availability, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency across your region.

You will have ownership of end-to-end processes that support the achievement of those objectives, ranging from real estate expansion projects and day-to-day property management to ensuring health and safety standards are met and developing a strong network of local partners and suppliers.

Reporting directly to the Regional Operations Lead, you will play an essential role in the execution of our operations. You will coordinate closely with regional colleagues and local teams, and your work will have a direct impact on operational performance and business results.

What Will You Work On?

• Become an expert in local operational procedures and contribute to their evolution and adaptation within your region
• Support regional and local leadership teams in achieving operational targets and business objectives
• Act as the regional point of contact for local partners and suppliers, ensuring service quality and operational standards are consistently met
• Manage relationships with real estate providers, laundry services, gas suppliers, cleaning companies, and other operational partners
• Execute regional stock replenishment procedures to guarantee smooth day-to-day operations
• Contribute to the development and implementation of real estate standards, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with health and safety requirements
• Procure, negotiate, and manage suppliers whenever necessary
• Support the expansion of the regional network through real estate sourcing, procurement, and supplier development initiatives
• Drive operational efficiency initiatives and contribute to achieving regional performance targets

Who Are We Looking For?

• Background in Business, Management, Operations, or a related field
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in operations, procurement, supplier management, logistics, facilities management, or similar functions
• Proactive and action-oriented mindset, with the ability to take initiative and solve operational challenges effectively
• Experience in procurement, supplier management, or similar operational functions is considered a plus
• Strong organisational and analytical skills, with the ability to use data to support decision‑making and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow structured procedures with precision and consistency
• Collaborative team player, willing to work closely with regional and local teams to achieve common objectives
• Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to respond effectively to changing circumstances and unforeseen challenges
• Strong communication skills, capable of building relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners
• Fluency in English is mandatory; German, Italian, and/or French skills are a plus.
