dxFeed, a fintech data provider, is seeking an Application Support Engineer to join our Technical Support team in Porto. You will troubleshoot issues in high-load market-data delivery systems, guide clients, and collaborate with developers and analysts to improve workflows.

You will maintain records, identify root causes, and participate in system design and testing. Hybrid/remote work options are available, with a focus on security and reliability.

Qualificações

• Interest in finances and trading topics.
• Experience working with global clients and tickets.
• Ability to work in dynamic environments with changing contexts.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support to B2B clients of dxFeed market-data products.
• Troubleshoot high-load market-data delivery issues and identify root causes.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, writers, and sales teams on improvements.
• Maintain records of incidents and resolutions and assist with product rollout.
• Monitor system health and assist with tests and documentation.
