Hitachi Rail Portugal , S.A. is seeking a Planner to support Project Managers with planning, scheduling and control across the project lifecycle. You will develop schedules, monitor progress, and prepare performance reports for governance meetings.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering or PM, at least 3 years in PMO or project planning, and fluent English. Experience with Microsoft Project or Primavera P6 is essential; Power BI is a plus.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, PM, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in PMO, Project Controls, Project Planning or Project Coordination.
• Experience in railway, transportation, infrastructure or large-scale engineering projects is an advantage.
• Fluency in English (mandatory).

Responsabilidades

• Support Project Managers in planning, monitoring and control of project activities across the lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones and baseline plans using PM tools.
• Monitor progress, identify deviations and support corrective actions.
• Prepare project performance reports, dashboards and management presentations.
• Support forecasting activities including workload planning and resource allocation.
