Tekever in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking an engineer to join the SAR systems team. You will apply mathematics, electromagnetism, and DSP to understand radar behavior and develop software in C, C++, and Python for radar/SAR operations and data processing.

You will work with embedded, PS, and RF specialists, participate in flight tests, and contribute to test readiness and infrastructure while growing radar/SAR expertise from strong fundamentals.

Qualificações

• MSc in Electronics Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
• Strong foundations in mathematics, electromagnetism, and digital signal processing (DSP).
• Programming experience in C, C++, and Python.
• Comfortable working in Linux; familiar with git and standard practices (Jira, Scrum).

Responsabilidades

• Apply mathematics, electromagnetism, and DSP to understand and improve SAR/radar behavior.
• Develop and maintain software (C, C++, Python) for radar/SAR operation and data processing.
• Support TX/RX lab testing, document results, and validate signals against references.
• Participate in flight test campaigns as part of the test team.
• Contribute to test operations readiness and coordination with PA and stakeholders.
• Contribute to test/software infrastructure and review processes.
• Collaborate with software, hardware, and systems engineering peers, including embedded and RF specialists.
• Communicate progress, blockers, and test results proactively.
