Bontaz Portugal, the development center of the Bontaz Group, seeks a Project Manager (M/F/D) to lead and coordinate R&D projects from concept to completion. You will ensure alignment with technical specs, quality standards, budgets, risks, and deadlines while communicating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with experience in automotive or related R&D environments and proficiency in project

Qualificações

• Degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
• Proven project management experience, preferably in R&D and/or automotive.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Strong organizational and leadership capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, or similar).
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate R&D projects from concept to completion.
• Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with specifications, quality, budget, risk and deadlines.
• Act as the main point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders.
