Continental is seeking an RnD Material Industrialization Engineer to lead the industrialization of specialized compounds and hot process technologies. You will collaborate with RnD and plant teams to implement improvements and ensure efficient production.

You will participate in risk assessments, drive trials, and support Quality for Compound Excellence, while coordinating multidisciplinary projects across international environments.

Qualificações

• Academic degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, material science or comparable fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in related fields.
• Project management skills (preferred).
• Self-organization and ability to work with autonomy.
• Strong communication and interaction skills.
• Intercultural competency with open communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the industrialization of dedicated compounds and hot process technologies.
• Active participation in Process Risk Assessments for new developments and drive risk mitigation.
• Interface between a plant and the R&D functions for material and hot process topics; implement improvements.
• Support Quality functions for Compound Excellence and handling of non-conformities.
• As project leader or team member, contribute to multidisciplinary projects in material industrialization.
