CoLAB NET4CO2, based in Porto, Portugal, seeks a Science and Funding Coordinator to support R&D projects and funding applications. You will manage budgets, liaise with funding agencies, and promote dissemination of projects and institutional outreach.

The role requires a PhD, solid English, and experience in proposal development and reporting. The position offers a gross monthly salary between €1,700 and €2,200, health insurance, and a dynamic research environment in Porto.

Qualificações

• PhD required in Engineering, Science or related field.
• At least 1 year in R&D project/financial management, or 5 years with MSc.
• Experience writing and submitting proposals for national/international funding.
• Experience preparing financial and technical reports on R&D projects.
• Strong institutional outreach and communication skills.
• English proficiency; valid working visa for Portugal.

Responsabilidades

• Lead management of R&D projects including budgeting and funding agency communication.
• Prepare and submit applications for national/international funding programs.
• Identify and monitor competitive funding opportunities.
• Develop and implement outreach activities, conferences, and institutional visits.
• Manage institutional outreach, digital media and the institution's visual identity.
• Disseminate PhD/MSc opportunities and support students.
