The role involves providing support to marketing and seeking improvements in the quoting process, making it essential for candidates to have strong stakeholder engagement skills.

• Perform timely follow-up on quotation requests for assigned regions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Ensure execution of price strategies by marketers.
• Provide proactive support and feedback to marketing and account managers.
• Seek continuous improvements in the quoting process.
• Support standardization and positioning of the Quote Center.

Responsibilities

• Perform timely follow-up on quotation requests for assigned regions
• Build up and maintain a strong relationship with appointed customers and relevant stakeholders within the organization
• Ensure that the price strategies set by the respective business line Marketers are being executed
• Provide proactive support, value added feedback and input to Regional Marketing, Business Lines and Account Managers
• Proactively seeking for continuous improvements in the execution of the quoting process
• Give support to a worldwide standardization and positioning of the Quote Center within Sales & Marketing
