## Role: Quality Project & Product Leader

As a Quality Project Leader , you will:
Product Development & Project Quality Leadershi p
- Lead Quality activities during product development and industrialization projects.
- Ensure PDP, APQP, and Quality Gate deliverables are completed according to project timing and requirements.
- Act as the Quality representative within cross-functional project teams.
- Develop and maintain project quality plans aligned with development milestones.
- Monitor Quality project KPIs, risks, action items, and deliverables.
- Escalate project quality risks and support mitigation planning.
Risk Management & Quality Assuran ce
- Facilitate DFMEA and PFMEA activities with Engineering and Manufacturing teams.
- Drive preventive quality methodologies throughout the development lifecycle.
- Ensure lessons learned and field feedback are incorporated into new designs.
- Coordinate validation of critical characteristics and reliability requirements.
- Support design reviews from a quality and risk perspective.
Launch & Industrialization Readiness
- Ensure manufacturing readiness and quality readiness before product launches.
- Coordinate product and process validation activities.
- Support Process Qualification, Control Plan deployment, and process capability reviews.
- Monitor launch quality performance and drive containment or corrective actions when necessary.
- Support supplier readiness activities during project execution.
Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement
- Coordinate root cause investigations for project-related quality issues.
- Lead cross-functional corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure timely closure of project quality actions.
- Deploy and promote structured problem-solving methodologies.
Team Leadership & Coordination
- Coordinate Quality resources supporting Engineering projects.
- Define priorities and workload allocation based on project requirements and deadlines.
- Ensure alignment between Project Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams.
- Provide guidance and support to Quality Engineers involved in development projects.
Quality Management System
- Ensure compliance with Addvolt Quality processes and ISO 9001 requirements.
- Support continuous improvement of PDP, APQP, Product Quality, and Project Quality methodologies.
- Contribute to strengthening Quality governance within Engineering programs.
CANDIDATE VALUES AND QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Engineering, Product Quality, Project Quality, APQP, or New Product Development environments.
- Minimum 2 years of team leadership.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary engineering projects.
- Strong knowledge of Quality tools and methodologies.
- Experience leading DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plans, Risk Assessments, and Root Cause Analysis activities.
- Strong understanding of Product Development Processes (PDP / Stage-Gate methodologies).
- Familiarity with PPAP requirements.
- Experience supporting product launches and industrialization projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Fluent English, written and spoken.
Nice to Have
- APQP certification or practical APQP experience.
- Automotive, energy, power electronics, refrigeration, transportation, or EV industry experience.
- Knowledge of Reliability Engineering methodologies.
- Experience with Windchill PLM or equivalent systems.
- Six Sigma Green Belt.
- Experience managing European/global development programs.
Pay Range
€28,000.00-€56,000.00
