Bosch Group in Aveiro, Portugal offers an extracurricular internship in Quality Engineering & Digitalization (f/m/div.). The 12-month program supports LQO in product approvals, audits, and quality improvements. You will develop dashboards, apply AI to reporting, and analyze data to drive proactive quality management.

Ideal candidates hold a STEM degree and are fluent in Portuguese and English. Strong analytical skills and collaboration within international teams are essential for this role.

Qualificações

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering & Management, Physics Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Interest in Quality Management, Manufacturing Processes, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, Python, SQL, or AI-based solutions is valued.

Responsabilidades

• Support Local Quality Engineers (LQO) in approval and release of new products, processes and engineering changes.
• Participate in quality problem-solving activities using 8D, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, and Lessons Learned.
• Develop and optimize dashboards, reports, and databases to monitor quality performance.
• Apply digital solutions and AI tools to automate reporting and improve data validation.
• Analyze manufacturing and quality data to identify trends and risks.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects focused on process efficiency and data transparency.
