Tecnimede Group in Sintra is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to strengthen our lifecycle of pharmaceutical products. You will implement and maintain Quality Management Systems, ensure compliance with GMP, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing and quality control processes.

The ideal candidate holds a Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, has experience in the pharmaceutical industry, and is fluent in English.

Formación

• Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences.
• Professional experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
• Experience in Quality Management Systems certification processes.
• Knowledge of national and European regulations applicable to the sector.
• Experience in Validation of Manufacturing Processes (preferred).
• Experience in Cleaning Validation (preferred).
• Experience in using Document Management Systems.
• Mastery of the English language.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and maintain Quality Management Systems in accordance with legislation and company procedures.
• Support development and review of procedures, validations/qualifications, and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure GMP compliance and continuous improvement.

To strengthen our core team in Sintra (Lisboa), we are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our company.

Your Mission:

This role involves responsibilities in terms of implementation and maintenance of different Quality Management Systems, in conjunction with other technical areas and translates into the implementation of actions within the scope of procedure development/review operating routines, validations/qualifications, implementation of corrective actions and handling of complaints, in accordance with the requirements of the legislation applicable to its activity.

• Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences;
• Professional experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry;
• Experience in Quality Management Systems certification processes;
• Knowledge of national and European regulations applicable to the sector;
• Experience in Validation of Manufacturing Processes (preferred);
