Mace in Lisbon is seeking an experienced Quality and Assurance Manager to join our growing team, supporting delivery of a major aviation and transportation programme.

You will lead quality management, embed robust assurance processes, and collaborate with clients, delivery partners and project teams to drive continuous improvement and compliant delivery.

Qualificações

• Experience in complex infrastructure or transportation programmes.
• Experience conducting first and second-party audits.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and improve quality management systems.
• Plan and undertake internal and external audits.
• Produce audit reports and advise teams on improvements.
• Investigate non-conformances and drive root cause analysis.
• Develop quality reporting, dashboards and KPIs.
• Review processes and management system documentation for compliance.
• Support management reviews with data analysis and reporting.
• Deliver quality training and awareness initiatives.
• Engage with project teams and supply chain partners to promote best practice.
• Monitor supplier performance and develop quality capabilities across the supply chain.
• Contribute to business improvement and efficient ways of working.
• Support sustainability objectives and net zero delivery.
