A Vanderlande Logistics Unipessoal Lda procura um QEHS Professional para a unidade de Porto. O papel envolve assegurar qualidade, ambiente, saúde e segurança no projecto, com planeamento, auditorias e melhoria contínua.

Requer licenciatura universitária, CAP obrigatório e fluência em português e inglês. Experiência anterior em QEHS/Automação industrial valorizada; disponibilidade para viagens ocasionais e regime híbrido de trabalho.

Responsabilidades

• Assegurar qualidade, ambiente, saúde e segurança no projecto.
• Apoiar gestores de projecto na definição de objectivos QEHS.
• Planear medidas de QA específicas do projecto com o PM.
• Criar e manter o plano de QA do projecto e manuais quando necessário.
• Verificar cumprimento de requisitos de qualidade via auditorias/revisões.
• Elaborar relatórios de estado da QA do projecto e investigar desvios.
• Conduzir auditorias internas do sistema QEHS.
• Apoiar avaliação de fornecedores com auditorias de 2.ª parte.
• Avaliar desvios detetados e reportá-los.
• Apoiar o PM em assuntos de qualidade de produto com QM/Segurança.

We are looking for a professional who wants to work in a growing business environment and to be part of our journey to create and shape the digital, automated and sustainable airport logistics of tomorrow.

The QEHS (Quality, Environment, Health and Safety) Professional will be responsible for safeguarding the interests of quality, environment, health and safety assurance within the project. The status of project deliverables, processes and systems should be verified through appropriate inspection and testing procedures in order to detect any deviations from defined standards in a timely manner, as well as the implementation of corrective measures regarding their effectiveness.

• Responsible for ensuring project specific quality, environment and safety;
• Support project managers in defining project specific QEHS objectives;
• Plan the project specific quality assurance measures together with the Project Manager;
• Create and maintain a project quality assurance plan based on the existing Quality Management (QM) system and any necessary supplements. If required, QMiP draws up a project-specific quality manual;
• Verify that quality requirements are implemented, through audits and reviews;
• Draw up the project specific quality assurance status reports measures and any deviations from the quality management requirements;
• Internal Audits at QEHS system;
• Support suppliers evaluation with 2nd party audits of suppliers;
• Evaluate detected deviations and report them;
• Support the Project Manager on all topics with relevance to product safety, in close cooperation with the QM of the Subdivision / Functional Division / Functional Department and the Division Product Safety Consultant.
• University degree;
• Portuguese Professional Certificate for Health and Safety (CAP) is mandatory;
• Fluent in Portuguese and English is mandatory;
• Experience in a similar role is mandatory;
• Previous experience in Industrial Automation quality and EHS or TIC (Testing, Inspection & Certification) management will be valued;
• Previous experience in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 will be valued;
• Experience in Continuous Improvement/ Control Systems Management will be valued;
• Knowledge in Total Quality Management and Quality Process Automation is highly valued;
• Availability for occasional travel to overseas operating sites.
