Focus BC, a Google Cloud Partner, is seeking a QA Tester / Product Quality Assurance to ensure reliable, scalable platforms for sports, cities, and events. You will collaborate with engineers, PMs, GIS specialists, designers, and product teams to validate releases and improve QA processes.

The role is hybrid in Portugal, with in-person sessions in the Lisbon area; residency in Portugal is required and Greater Lisbon preferred. Prior QA experience and strong English skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Experience in software testing or quality assurance.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to document test plans and test cases clearly.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and validation procedures.
• Execute manual testing across web and platform surfaces.
• Validate new releases before deployment.
• Identify, document, and track bugs and issues.
• Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve issues.
• Support regression, functional, integration, and usability testing.
• Validate operational workflows and real-time platform functionalities.
• Participate in release planning and QA processes.
• Contribute to QA methodologies and testing standards.
• Assist in customer issue investigations and troubleshooting.
