Expleo Group in Lisbon is seeking an experienced QA/Software Tester to join our engineering and delivery teams. You will define test strategies, create and execute test cases, and document results to ensure high-quality software releases.

You will collaborate with Development teams, plan testing cycles across Sprints and Releases, and work with Jira and Azure DevOps. Fluent English and sharp analytical skills are essential in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a QA/Software Tester.
• Experience defining test strategies in line with project requirements.
• Hands-on experience in test case creation, test execution, test reporting, and test documentation.
• Experience planning and monitoring testing cycles across Sprints, Releases, and Rollouts.
• Experience in software deliverable validation and review.
• Proven ability to work closely with Development teams to ensure effective validation, review, and approval processes.
• Experience with Jira and Azure DevOps.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to software quality.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
