This is an entry-level position based in Porto, requiring an understanding of QA/QC principles and compliance monitoring. Join a global leader in the design, supply, installation, and operation of floating production systems for the offshore energy industry. The company is especially renowned for its expertise in FPSOs (Floating Production Storage and Offloading units) and its growing focus on low‑carbon and renewable offshore solutions.

We are looking for a Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) Analyst to support the Roles & Access (R&A) Optimization and Master Data Creation initiatives within the IFS ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Help define and document QA/QC principles
• Monitor compliance
• Support improvements to internal controls
• Contribute to the execution of a structured QA/QC roadmap
• Actively participate in overall QA/QC improvements and initiatives

Scope of Work

• Define and document QA/QC guiding principles (“golden rules”) for both R&A and Master Data Creation in IFS
• Monitor compliance with these principles and report non‑conformities, proposing corrective actions as needed
• Develop a QA/QC roadmap that sequences key improvements at technical, system, and process levels for both focus areas
• Contribute actively (but not in a lead capacity) to the planning and execution of QA/QC initiatives, in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams

Key Deliverables

• Documented QA/QC principles tailored for R&A and Master Data Creation in IFS
• Periodic compliance monitoring reports, including identified issues and recommended corrective actions
• A comprehensive QA/QC roadmap with defined improvement tracks, initiatives, milestones, and expected outcomes
• Progress reports detailing execution status of ongoing QA/QC activities

Output Expectations

• Complete documentation of QA/QC rules and standards
• A functioning reporting process for QA/QC compliance and exception handling
• An actionable QA/QC roadmap, aligned with R&A and Master Data objectives
• Documented evidence of support provided during the execution of QA/QC initiatives throughout the project
