KCS IT is seeking an experienced QA Manual Tester for a hybrid role in Porto, Portugal. You will design and execute manual tests from requirements, ensure functional and regression coverage, and report defects clearly.

Required: 4+ years in QA, fluent English, API testing and basic SQL, familiar with Jira/TestRail/Zephyr, and exposure to Agile/Scrum. Opportunities for training, international projects in Benelux, and hybrid/onsite options are offered.

• QA best practices and a quality-first mindset throughout SDLC.
• Fluent English for collaboration with international teams.
• Experience with API testing and basic SQL.
• Awareness of test automation tools and CI/CD pipelines.

We are looking for an Amazing: QA MANUAL TESTER

Seniority: Minimum 4-5 years

Type of position: Hybrid (in Porto, Portugal)

The amazing you, will have:

• At least 4+ years of experience as a QA Manual Tester.
• Proven experience in designing and executing manual test cases based on technical and functional requirements.
• Strong knowledge of functional, regression, exploratory, and acceptance testing.
• Hands-on with test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr, or equivalent.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum development cycles.
• Skilled in bug reporting and tracking, with clear documentation and communication.
• Solid understanding of QA best practices and a quality-first mindset throughout the SDLC.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) – required for collaboration with international teams.
• Experience with API testing (e.g., Postman, Swagger).
• Basic SQL knowledge for data validation.
• Awareness of or interest in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress).
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines.
