A DataSmart, localizada em Porto, está em busca de um(a) QA Engineer para atuar em um modelo híbrido. O(a) profissional será responsável por desenhar e executar planos de teste, realizar testes manuais e colaborar com equipes de desenvolvimento para assegurar entregas de alta qualidade.

Qualificações

• Mais de 7 anos de experiência como Testador de Garantia de Qualidade ou função similar.
• Experiência com teste de APIs REST e teste UI para painéis de backoffice/admin.
• Familiaridade com ferramentas de automação/performance.

Responsabilidades

• Desenhar, executar e manter planos de teste e casos de teste.
• Realizar testes manuais de interfaces web e fluxos de negócios.
• Colaborar com desenvolvedores e proprietários de produtos para garantir entregas de qualidade.

Join our team as a QA Engineer (Hybrid – Porto)!

What You’ll Do:

• Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
• Perform manual testing of web interfaces, backoffice/admin panels, and end-to-end business flows.
• Test REST APIs using tools such as Postman.
• Conduct exploratory testing to identify potential issues beyond scripted scenarios.
• Validate data in Oracle databases and support troubleshooting activities.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliveries.
• Report, track, and manage defects using tools like Jira, ensuring timely resolution.
• Contribute to process improvements and best practices within the QA team.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role.
• Hands‑on experience testing REST APIs, UI testing for backoffice/admin panels, and exploratory testing.
• Experience with Jira (or similar tools) and Oracle DB.
• Familiarity with Selenium, JMeter, or other automation/performance tools.
• Excellent attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Portuguese and English proficiency at a professional level (minimum B2).
• Living in Portugal and available to work in a hybrid model.
