• Experience analyzing requirements and acceptance criteria.

• Ability to validate and retest bugs.
• End-to-end release involvement and QA coordination.
• Leadership and mentoring in QA practices.
• Interest in AI to improve QA with human validation.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate QA activities across the release lifecycle.
• Ensure test coverage for requirements and tickets.
• Coordinate regression testing and communicate quality risks.
• Evaluate release readiness for Production.
• Mentor and support QA team members.
• Promote quality best practices and continuous improvement.
• Leverage AI to improve QA with human validation of results.
