O candidato tem 2+ anos de experiência, forte orientação para qualidade e disponibilidade para trabalhar 2 dias/semana no escritório, com fluência em Português e Inglês. Oportunidade de crescimento técnico.

Qualificações

• 2+ anos de experiência profissional em automação de testes.
• Experiência prática com automação de testes em ambientes SAP.
• Experiência em automação de REST APIs ou serviços de backend.
• Conhecimento de Integração Contínua (CI) e Entrega Contínua (CD).
• Capacidade de desenhar, implementar, executar e manter casos de teste automatizados.
• Compreensão de princípios de testes de software e QA.

• Desenhar, implementar e manter casos de teste automatizados.
• Desenvolver soluções de automação para ambientes SAP.

QA AUTOMATION ENGINEER – JUNIOR / MID (HYBRID LISBON)

Work Model: Hybrid – 2 days per week at the office

Language Requirements: Fluent Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus

Seniority: Júnior/Mid (2+ years)

Rate Between €1900 - 2200 RV

About the Opportunity

We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer to join a technology project within the energy sector.

You will contribute to the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of test automation solutions across different technology layers, including SAP environments and REST APIs.

This is an excellent opportunity for a quality-focused professional who wants to strengthen their automation expertise while working with CI/CD practices, reusable automation components, and modern testing approaches.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain automated test cases;
• Develop test automation solutions for SAP environments;
• Automate REST APIs and backend services;
• Contribute to backend, frontend, UI, and mobile test automation initiatives;
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines;
• Create and maintain test scenarios using Keyword-Driven and BDD approaches;
• Write and maintain test scenarios using Gherkin;
• Develop reusable test automation components;
• Improve the maintainability, reliability, and scalability of existing automation solutions;
• Analyze automation results and support defect investigation;
• Maintain automation source code in Git repositories;
• Create, update, and monitor DevOps work items using TFS, Azure DevOps, or Jira;
• Collaborate with developers, functional testers, business teams, and other QA professionals;
• Contribute to continuous improvements in testing processes, tools, and quality standards.

Essential Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in test automation;
• Hands-on experience with test automation in SAP environments;
• Experience automating REST APIs or backend services;
• Good understanding and practical application of:
• Continuous Integration;
• Continuous Delivery;
• CI/CD pipelines;
• Ability to design, implement, execute, and maintain automated test cases;
• Understanding of software testing principles and quality assurance practices;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Attention to detail and commitment to software quality;
• Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams;
• Fluent Portuguese, both written and spoken;
• Fluent English, both written and spoken;
• Availability to work from the Oeiras or Lisbon office 2 days per week.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing backend and frontend automation solutions;
• Experience automating frontend and web user interfaces;
• Mobile test automation experience;
• Experience with Keyword-Driven Testing;
• Practical knowledge of BDD – Behavior-Driven Development;
• Experience writing automated test scenarios in Gherkin;
• Knowledge of Git and source-code management practices;
• Experience with TFS, Azure DevOps, or Jira;
• Experience developing reusable automation frameworks or components;Knowledge of TestPath;
• Knowledge of Worksoft;
• Previous experience working in Agile projects;
• ISTQB certification;
• Knowledge of Spanish.
