AgileEngine is seeking a Software Engineer to contribute to a follow-the-sun DevSecOps pod, writing Python scripts to integrate SAST, DAST, and SCA security gates into CI/CD pipelines and tuning scanners to reduce false positives. You will deploy automated hardened baselines and provide code-level remediation guidance with minimal supervision.

The role requires 3–5 years of software engineering experience with strong Python proficiency and CI/CD familiarity, plus upper-intermediate English.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of commercial software engineering experience.
• Strong Python proficiency for automation and scripting.
• Working knowledge of modern CI/CD orchestration tools and vulnerability scoring frameworks.
• Ability to operate with minimal supervision on complex scripting and integration tasks.
• Upper–intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Write and maintain scripts to integrate SAST, DAST, and SCA into the CI/CD pipeline.
• Tune security scanning tools to minimize false positives and improve alert confidence.
• Assist in coding and deploying automated hardened baselines and secure coding patterns.
• Collaborate with product teams to provide remediation guidance in Java and Python.
