Qualificações

• Strong professional experience with Python and FastAPI in scalable applications.
• Expertise in cloud infrastructure, especially Azure, with networking, WAF and CDN.
• Hands-on Terraform and container orchestration with AKS/Kubernetes and Docker.

The Role

We're looking for a Senior Python Engineer to join a highly technical environment where software engineering, cloud infrastructure, data, and AI come together. This role is aimed at an experienced engineer who can take ownership of complex technical challenges, build reliable services and APIs, and help shape engineering practices across cloud-native platforms.

Your Mission:

Software & API Engineering: Design and develop high-performance software services and APIs using Python and FastAPI, with a strong focus on clean architecture, scalability, and maintainability.

Cloud Infrastructure: Engineer and evolve secure cloud environments on Azure, working with core networking components such as WAF and CDN from a software engineering perspective.

Infrastructure as Code & Orchestration: Manage infrastructure through Terraform and deploy scalable, containerized services using Docker and AKS/Kubernetes.

Data Engineering: Build and maintain end-to-end data solutions capable of supporting both batch and real-time processing, working with technologies such as Kafka and Kinesis.

Engineering Excellence: Drive best practices around software architecture, testing, debugging, performance optimization, observability, security, and production operations across engineering teams.

AI & Modern Systems: Contribute to AI-enabled applications, including recommendation or conversational systems, while applying appropriate engineering and evaluation approaches to systems that behave differently from traditional deterministic software.

What We Are Looking For:

Python Expertise: Strong professional experience with Python, including the design and development of scalable applications and APIs using FastAPI.

Cloud & Infrastructure: Experience with Azure and cloud infrastructure, including networking, WAF, and CDN.

IaC & Kubernetes: Strong hands-on experience with Terraform, AKS/Kubernetes, and Docker, with a focus on scalable and automated infrastructure.

Software Engineering: Deep understanding of software architecture, testing strategies, version control, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and building high-throughput production systems.

Data & AI: Experience working with data pipelines and real-time architectures, together with practical exposure to AI/LLM-enabled applications and an understanding of their non-deterministic nature.

Technical Leadership: Ability to influence engineering practices, communicate complex technical concepts clearly, and collaborate with multiple teams in an Agile environment.

CI/CD & Operations: Experience with CI/CD, automated deployments, observability, production support, and operational resilience will be highly valued.
