The Role

At Cyncly, our Global Professional Services organization partners with customers to deliver successful, on‑time software implementations that drive measurable business outcomes. We are seeking a customer‑facing Project Manager to own delivery execution, manage client expectations, and ensure predictable, high‑quality implementation outcomes.

This role is ideal for a Project Manager who is highly organized, execution‑focused, and comfortable serving as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Role Focus

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of assigned customer implementation projects, with a strong emphasis on on‑time and on‑scope execution
• Act as the primary, day‑to‑day customer contact, ensuring clear communication, expectation management, and accountability
• Drive delivery discipline through structured planning, progress tracking, and proactive risk management

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and close customer‑facing software implementation projects in alignment with Global Professional Services delivery standards
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependencies to ensure predictable delivery
• Coordinate global, cross‑functional resources (consulting, engineering, support, and customer teams) to meet project commitments
• Manage scope, schedule, and change control to protect delivery timelines and customer outcomes
• Monitor project health, identify delivery risks early, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track
• Provide clear, consistent project status reporting to customers and internal stakeholders, including timelines, risks, and next steps
• Facilitate customer meetings, status reviews, and milestone checkpoints
• Escalate customer or delivery risks promptly and appropriately to maintain momentum and customer confidence

Success Measures

Success in this role will be measured by:

• On‑time delivery: Consistent achievement of project milestones and go‑live dates
• Schedule and scope control: Minimal project delays and controlled scope changes
• Risk management: Early identification and resolution of delivery risks and issuesStakeholder confidence: Strong trust and engagement from customers and internal delivery teams
• Operational discipline: Accurate project plans, forecasts, and status reporting throughout the project lifecycle
• Customer satisfaction: Positive customer feedback and satisfaction scores related to communication, execution, and outcomes

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 2–5 years of project management experience in a customer‑facing, Professional Services or software delivery environment
• Proven track record of delivering software implementation projects on time
• Strong understanding of the software implementation lifecycle
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple customer projects
• Experience working with distributed or global delivery teams
• Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills, including customer‑facing presentations
• Willingness to travel as required (Up to 25% of the time)

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in a global Professional Services, SaaS, or enterprise software organization
• Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent)
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
• Technical familiarity with SQL and/or Visual Basic
• Manufacturing process experience. Preferably in Windows, Doors, or Glass Industries
• Experience supporting delivery process improvement initiatives
