A Bosch Home Comfort Portugal procura um Project Manager para Desenvolvimento de Produto no setor de Heating Systems, com atuação híbrida em Aveiro. A função exige 3-5 anos em gestão de projetos internacionais, foco em TTM e ciclo de vida de produto, preferencialmente na indústria HVAC. Inglês é essencial; alemão é vantagem.

Trabalho híbrido, remuneração conforme acordo, oportunidades de desenvolvimento profissional e integração numa equipa internacional.

Qualificações

• Formação universitária em Engenharia, Administração ou área técnica.
• Experiência de 3-5 anos em gestão de projetos internacionais.
• Experiência em processos Time-to-Market (TTM) e ciclo de vida de produto.
• Experiência prévia na indústria HVAC, idealmente hidráulica/aquecedores.
• Fluência em inglês; alemão ou outra língua é vantagem.

Responsabilidades

• Conduzir iniciativas de desenvolvimento de fornecedores OEM dentro da estratégia Make & Buy.
• Coordenar o desenvolvimento de novos parceiros estratégicos de sourcing com Compras e Qualidade.
• Garantir que soluções externas atendam aos padrões de qualidade e integrem com o portfólio de heat pumps.
• Identificar tendências de mercado, tecnologias emergentes e materiais para inovação e custos.
• Assumir a gestão total do ciclo de vida do projeto, desde conceito até produção e lançamento.
• Coordenar equipes internacionais e multifuncionais em R&D, Compras, Qualidade e Gestão de Produto.
• Conduzir decisões críticas mantendo prazos e custos-alvo.
• Comunicar progresso e marcos a stakeholders em diferentes níveis hierárquicos.

Your Contribution To Something Big:

• Lead OEM supplier development initiatives within our global Make & Buy Strategy.
• Coordinate the development of new strategic sourcing partners in close collaboration with Purchasing and Quality departments.
• Ensure externally sourced solutions meet Bosch Home Comfort's stringent quality standards and seamlessly integrate with our heat pump portfolio.
• Identify market trends, emerging technologies, and new materials to initiate innovation, feasibility, and cost-optimization projects.
• Take full ownership of the project lifecycle- from initial concept and development to production ramp-up and market launch.
• Coordinate and inspire international, cross-functional teams across R&D, Procurement, Quality, and Product Management.
• Drive critical project decisions while ensuring strict adherence to timelines, target costs, and technical specifications.
• Communicate project progress and key milestones effectively to stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Education

• University degree preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical/management field.

Experience

• 3-5 years of proven professional experience in managing complex, international projects.
• Strong experience working within Time-to-Market (TTM) processes and managing product development life cycles.
• Prior experience in the HVAC industry, ideally in the field of hydraulics, heating systems, heat pumps, or similar thermal technologies.

Know How

• Deep understanding of project scheduling, target costing, and technical product validation.
• Good knowledge of supplier management, OEM collaborations, and Make & Buy strategies.
• Skill in identifying market trends, competitor benchmarks, and emerging material technologies.

Languages

• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Fluency in German or any additional language is a valuable advantage.

• A highly organized, goal-oriented, and structured approach to project management.
• Quick grasp of complex new topics and a proactive mindset in resolving bottlenecks.

• A resilient, assertive leader with a strong ability to motivate and inspire international, cross-functional teams.
