Position: Project Manager

About the Role
- Assistant PM: 0‑2 years of experience in event management or related fields.
- Project Manager: 2‑5 years of experience, ideally in a DMC or event management role.
- Senior PM: 5+ years of experience, with a deep understanding of the industry and its key MICE segment.

Responsibilities
- Proposal Creation: Developing proposals for groups within specified timelines.
- Budget Management: Creating and managing budgets for each proposal.
- Supplier Communication: Maintaining open and effective communication with suppliers for information and reservations.
- Client Engagement: Continuous communication with clients in timely manner according to the company standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Upper Secondary Education, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in the Tourism, Hospitality, or Event industries.
- Project Management: Strong understanding of project planning and management, particularly in a Destination Management Company.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in both Portuguese and English is mandatory. Additional languages can be useful.
