Ideal candidates have an electrotechnical engineering degree, at least five years in similar roles, and membership in the Portuguese Engineering Association. English and French communication skills are recommended.

Job Description

We are currently looking for a Project Manager in Telecommunication Field to join Hitachi RAIL GTS in Portugal.

• A Project Manager is responsible for:
• Project Initialization
• Project Launch Review (Baseline Review)
• Project Execution, monitoring and controlling
• Delivery and invoicing of project deliverables
• Capture of Project Lesson Learnt
• Project Closure

• Technical & professional Skills:
• Electrotechnical Engineer Degree or equivalente
• Experience in similar roles at least 5 years
• Member of the Portuguese Engineering Association (“Ordem dos Engenheiros” or “Ordem dos Engenheiros Técnicos”)
• Understanding of project lifecycle, from requirements to preliminary and detailed design phases, development, integration, verification and validation, down to test and commissioning and acceptance.
• English and French (recommended) communication skills
• IPMA level C certification or above (recommended)
