Confidential is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Ports who is willing to relocate to Africa to lead consultancy and site supervision for port and marine infrastructure projects. You will manage project execution from planning through construction supervision, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.

The role requires strong technical expertise in port infrastructure, stakeholder coordination, contractor management, and on-site supervision experience.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in port, marine, or infrastructure projects.
• Proven consultancy and construction/site supervision experience.
• Strong knowledge of port infrastructure, dredging, quay walls, terminals and marine works.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.
• PMP certification or equivalent is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and coordinate port and marine infrastructure projects

• Monitor construction progress, quality, HSE compliance, and contract performance
• Review technical submissions, drawings, method statements, and project documentation
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and regulatory authorities
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and timelines
• Prepare project reports, progress updates, and risk assessments
• Support procurement, budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration activities
• Lead site meetings and resolve technical and operational issues
