Körber Ag is seeking an EHS Specialist in Projects (m/f/d) to support the project life cycle and ensure compliance with internal and external EHS rules. You will assist the PM or Site Manager in planning, implementing, monitoring and reporting, with a focus on continuous improvement across European sites.

The role emphasizes risk assessment, safety management, training delivery, incident investigations, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualificações

• OSH technical competencies (risk assessment, hazard identification, safety management)
• Familiar with OSH and environmental laws and EU directives
• Experience in global projects or cross-functional teams mandatory
• Minimum 5 years of site-related experience in industrial/construction environments
• Excellent English; second language desirable

Responsabilidades

• Planning: identify statutory EHS requirements and perform risk assessments with mitigation measures
• Implementation: develop EHS plan, ensure permits and training, review safety docs
• Monitoring & Reporting: conduct site inspections, provide EHS reports, ensure incident investigations
• Continuous improvement: set EHS requirements for contractor selection and provide feedback on performance
