Mace, a leading construction and consultancy firm, is seeking an experienced Programme Controls professional in Lisbon to direct Change Control processes and govern baselines.

You will collaborate with Planning, Cost, Risk and Commercial teams on major infrastructure and aviation projects, build strong client relationships, and ensure governance and reporting across the programme.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in Project Controls, Change Control or PMO environments.
• Experience on major construction, infrastructure or aviation projects.
• Strong knowledge of change management, planning, cost and risk.

Responsabilidades

• Directing and managing the programme Change Control process.
• Maintaining and governing project baselines across scope, cost and schedule.
• Reviewing, challenging and assessing change requests and their impacts.
• Coordinating change reviews and support Change Control Boards.
• Managing change registers, approvals and reporting.

• Producing clear reporting on change trends, forecasts and programme performance.
• Building strong relationships with client stakeholders and delivery partners.
• Ensuring compliance with programme governance and project controls processes.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Directing and managing the programme Change Control process.

You’ll Need To Have

• 5+ years' experience in Project Controls, Change Control or PMO environments.
• Experience working on major construction, infrastructure or aviation projects.
• Strong understanding of change management, planning, cost and risk management.
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, complex programme environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience using Primavera P6, Power BI, Aconex and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive effective decision-making.
• Airport, aviation, rail or major infrastructure experience.
• Knowledge of NEC or FIDIC contracts.
• APM Project Controls, PMP or equivalent qualification.
