This role involves managing daily production operations, ensuring system operability, and overseeing incident management in line with ITIL V4. The ideal candidate will have expertise in public cloud services, Kubernetes, and automation of production deployments, alongside strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualificações

• Experience with managing both Windows and Linux systems.
• Proven experience with Control-M for data flow management.
• Knowledge of public cloud solutions such as AWS or GCP.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• ITIL V4 certification is essential.
• Strong adaptability and flexibility are required.
• Excellent functional analysis skills.
• Must be proactive with a strong problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to conduct technological monitoring for platform obsolescence.

Overview

Mission Respond to technical requirements throughout all stages of the product lifecycle. Responsible for daily production and operations, with end-to-end accountability (Build – Industrialization – Run). Ensure the operability of solutions in RUN mode (CMDB updates, documentation, management of obsolescence and vulnerabilities) – Operational Maintenance (MCO). Incident and problem management (ITIL V4). Guarantee business continuity (PSI). Perform scheduled interventions occasionally (outside business hours). Ensure proper automation of production deployments and perform these actions when necessary (scheduling, automation). Support the entity in solution development in coordination with the Project Manager / ScrumOps. Act as a technical integrator. Carry out monitoring activities (TANDEM, SAP, and SAS). Ensure compliance with DevOps best practices and standards (culture, automation, security, observability).

• Functional analysis skills; ability to understand inter-application functional interactions.
• Rigor and availability; proactive mindset, advisory capacity, initiative.
• Technological watch, management of platform and framework obsolescence.
• Compilation and build procedures; incident/anomaly analysis and diagnostic skills; proactive incident resolution.
• Reporting and communication skills (oral and written).
• Ability to manage coordination and requests from Application Managers.
