Job summary

TE Connectivity Ltd. is seeking a Pricing Analytics professional in Évora, Portugal to drive pricing performance and profitability across products and customers. You will collect data from multiple systems, maintain ERP pricing data, and support customer pricing requests using SQL, Tableau, and Excel.

You will also build dashboards and KPIs, monitor tariff recovery, and collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product Management, and Operations to align pricing actions with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Pricing, Commercial Analytics, Financial Analysis, or related discipline.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau.

Your main tasks

Pricing Analytics & Data Management

• Analyze pricing performance and profitability across product lines and customer accounts.

• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and management reports.
• Track realized versus expected pricing and tariff recovery results.
• Identify business risks and opportunities through advanced analytics.

Pricing Strategy

• Support the development and deployment of pricing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Define and track pricing performance metrics and KPIs.
• Develop pricing playbooks for key customers and product portfolios.
• Implement tariff recovery strategies through pricing actions and customer segmentation.
• Balance short‑term margin recovery objectives with long‑term commercial relationships and growth strategies.
• Contribute to process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.

Stakeholder Management & Communication

• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product Management, Customer Service, and Operations teams.
• Present pricing analyses and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Translate complex data and business insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Support Sales teams with customer negotiation strategies and pricing guidance.
• Lead internal alignment on pricing initiatives, implementation timing, and customer communication plans.

Market & Customer Insights

• Analyze industry, customer, and market segments to identify pricing opportunities.
• Incorporate market and supply chain trends into pricing recommendations.
• Assess customer price sensitivity and competitive dynamics.
• Recommend sustainable pricing strategies that support long‑term growth and profitability

Your ideal background

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Pricing, Commercial Analytics, Financial Analysis, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau.
