Global Citizen Solutions, based in Lisbon, seeks a Product Owner to guide client-facing platforms such as portals, apps, and partner tools. You will own the backlog, write user stories, and drive research and testing to deliver secure, compliant digital journeys for diverse clients.

You will collaborate with attorneys, real estate partners, and marketing to align features with market needs, while delivering high-touch service when required.

Qualificações

• 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or UX-focused role.
• Proven track record of delivering customer-facing digital products.
• Experience with B2B and B2C product development.
• Background in creating secure, compliant digital solutions.
• Understanding of API integrations and partner platform development.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to engage diverse external stakeholders.
• Data-driven approach to product decisions with experience in analytics tools
• Proficiency with product management and prototyping tools.
• Understanding of security and compliance requirements for sensitive data.

Responsabilidades

• Define and evangelize the product vision for client-facing platforms including client portals, mobile applications, and partner integration tools.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog for external-facing systems.
• Create user stories that capture the client journey through immigration applications or real estate transactions.
• Lead user research, usability testing, and client feedback sessions.

• Develop product strategies that differentiate our firm in the immigration and real estate legal markets.
• Identify opportunities to create self-service capabilities that empower clients while maintaining high-touch service where needed.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Engage directly with clients to understand their needs, pain points, and desired outcomes.
• Build relationships with external partners including real estate agencies, immigration consultants, and corporate clients.
• Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to ensure digital solutions enhance rather than complicate client relationships.
• Work with marketing and business development teams to align product features with market positioning.

Product Development & Delivery
