IT House is seeking a Product Owner for a client in the insurance sector. You will define, manage, and prioritize the product backlog and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into user stories.

You will collect customer feedback, refine the vision and roadmap, and ensure plans align with business objectives. English proficiency is mandatory; hybrid work model offered.

IT House is looking for a Product Owner for a client in the insurance sector.

Responsibilities

• Define, manage, and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring the continuous delivery of high-value features that meet business and customer needs;
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Development, Design, and business stakeholders, to translate business requirements into clear and actionable user stories;
• Gather, analyze, and incorporate customer feedback to refine the product vision and roadmap;
• Ensure the product backlog is well-organized, prioritized, and aligned with business objectives and strategic priorities;
• Facilitate product planning and release activities, including Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives;
• Monitor product progress, identify risks and dependencies, and provide regular updates to the leadership team;
• Work collaboratively with delivery teams to ensure high-quality solutions are delivered on time and in line with business expectations;
• Promote Agile best practices and product management principles throughout the product development lifecycle.

Profile

• Academic background in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related domain;
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies and product management best practices;
• Proven experience working as a Product Owner;
• Experience using product management tools and techniques;
• Experience gathering and analyzing customer feedback to drive product improvements;
• Ability to communicate product progress, risks, and dependencies effectively to leadership and key stakeholders;
• Professional proficiency in English is mandatory.
